Out of School Club Deputy

Grade 4 £16,491- £17,772 pro-rata, per annum

We are a large, popular primary school with a Before and After School Club who value the contribution all our staff make to our pupils’ experience in our friendly school.  Due to the increase in size of our popular Out of School Club, the governors wish to appoint an outstanding individual to work as our deputy manager. The successful candidate will join our dynamic team, helping to continue to deliver high quality provision for our children. This post will begin April 2018 and is for 22.5 hours per week for 39 weeks per year, with the possibility of extending these hours and the number of weeks of work in the future.

 

We are looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm, a sense of humor and most importantly is passionate about working with children.

 

Our children would like a Deputy who:

  • Is fun, kind and able to help children who have special needs.

  • Will come and play monopoly when we need another player.

  • Is creative and artistic.

  • Can help with homework.

 

We are looking for:

  • A team player who can work effectively and supportively in delivering fun, creative and safe activities for our children both before and after school.

  • A willingness to build on and develop home-school relationships.

  • Understanding and experience of safeguarding children.
