Until the end of the summer term 2015 I was a non-teaching staff governor. I have been a member of staff for nearly 20 years. My jobs within the school are varied and include midday assistant in KS2 and an occasional worker in the Breakfast Club. I am also a member of the Fairtrade Committee. However, my favourite role is teaching the children about history. I play the part of various historical figures, making my costumes and perform "living history" shows which I plan and write myself. The children really enjoy the visual aspect of it and interaction and find it a fun way to learn the subject. I hope to ensure that history remains a "living" part of Puss Bank School.
