Early Years

During Early Years children will learn about Christianity. They will:

-Talk about who Christians say Jesus is.

-Explain the Bible is the Christian’s holy book.

-Retell a few key aspects of the Christmas story – which are the important parts we would want them to know.

-Retell a few key aspects of the Easter story which are the important parts we would want them to know.

-Understand that the Bible tells stories that help Christians think about God & Jesus.

 -Talk about some things Christians do in church, knowing that Christians visit the Church for special celebrations.

- Begin to show curiosity and ask questions about Christian stories.
